AfroDigital operates a Banned Services Policy in the instance of a chargeback or misuse of an AfroDigital product or service
If a customer requests a chargeback on an AfroDigital Web Hosting package, or other service the service will be cancelled and customers will no longer have access to control panels and any associated websites will be taken down.
If a customer requests a chargeback on an AfroDigital Domain Name the Domain Name will be banned and customers will no longer have access to control panels and any associated websites will be taken down.
To release a banned Domain Name a customer must pay a £95 release fee and sign an agreement preventing further chargebacks and mis-use of AfroDigital products or services.
